Recognizing the importance of your future, the Federal Government offers a retirement program that helps provide financial security for you and your family. However many of these retirement benefits can go up in cost as you grow older and some of these Federal Benefits cannot be retained into retirement. Without the guidance of a personnel office to provide direction, you will be left on your own to make decisions about your federal retirement that can significantly affect your future income and security.

That is where I can help. With this website, my knowledge and your experiences and continued education. I will strive to better help you understand these issues to help you make knowledgeable and reinforced decisions about what will best fit your Federal Retirement needs.

Growing up with a Federal Family has made me realize my calling and sole purpose is to help Federal Employees understand their Federal Benefits. I will do my best to ensure that all Federal Employees understand their benefits from the time that they are hired, what they look like today and most importantly, what your benefits will look like for you and your family at retirement.
